"I made this from scratch!"
Ingredients:
Zest of 5 limes, finely chopped
1 cup lime juice
1 ½ pack NESTLÉ Cream
½ cup sugar or honey
1 cup water
2 drops green food color (optional)
Procedure:
1. Combine all ingredients in a large freezer-friendly airtight container. Freeze for 2 hours. When ice crystals have begun to form, remove from freezer. Mix to break up crystals and freeze again.
2. Repeat procedure every hour until mixture is slushy in consistency. Keep frozen until ready to serve. To serve, scoop into small glasses or sugar cones.

On Typhoon Yolanda (Haiyan)
To our dear Kasambuhays,
We at Nestlé Philippines join the nation in efforts to help relieve the suffering of thousands of families who have been adversely affected by Typhoon Yolanda.
We are working very closely with the Philippine National Red Cross, government agencies and other organizations who have the capability and infrastructure to immediately deliver relief goods to the victims of this tragic calamity.
With a strong spirit of volunteerism, our employees are also providing assistance to the typhoon victims, including donations of cash, clothes, food and other basic necessities. A bank account has been set up for Nestlé companies and employees from all over the world who would like to help in this time of need.
Meanwhile, all our employees in the hard hit areas have now been accounted for and we are in touch with them.
Our thoughts and heartfelt prayers are with our Kasambuhays in the Visayas region in this most difficult time, as they grapple with the excruciating pain of loss.

Learn how to infuse the asimagical taste to your shrimps and make it top of the list of your Family Favorites. In this recipe, the tamarind and scallions perfectly pairs up to make your dish appetizingly delectable!
Here’s the recipe!
TAMARIND SHRIMP WITH SCALLIONS
INGREDIENTS:
For the tamarind sauce:
1 cup boiling water
1 sachet 22g MAGGI MAGIC SINIGANG® ORIGINAL SAMPALOK
1/4 cup MAGGI ® Oyster Sauce
1/4 cup hoisin sauce
1 sachet 8g MAGGI MAGIC SARAP®
1/4 cup white sugar
For the shrimp:
3 tbsp peanut oil
3/4 kg large shrimps, shelled, deveined, and tails intact
2 pcs red chili peppers, finely chopped
7 sprigs scallions, cut into 1-inch slices
1/4 cup cilantro leaves
COOKING PROCEDURE:
1. In a saucepan, combine water, MAGGI MAGIC SINIGANG ORIGINAL SAMPALOK, MAGGI Oyster Sauce, hoisin sauce, MAGGI MAGIC SARAP, and sugar. Bring to a boil. Set aside.
2. Heat oil in a medium-sized deep pan. Add in shrimps and cook for about 3 minutes.
3. Toss in some chillies and half of the scallions. Stir in tamarind sauce and continue until shrimps are cooked.
4. Transfer shrimp mixture to a serving plate and garnish with the remaining scallions, chillies, and cilantro leaves. Serve with rice.
