Learn how to infuse the asimagical taste to your shrimps and make it top of the list of your Family Favorites. In this recipe, the tamarind and scallions perfectly pairs up to make your dish appetizingly delectable!

TAMARIND SHRIMP WITH SCALLIONS
For the tamarind sauce:
1 cup boiling water
1 sachet 22g MAGGI MAGIC SINIGANG® ORIGINAL SAMPALOK
1/4 cup MAGGI ® Oyster Sauce
1/4 cup hoisin sauce
1 sachet 8g MAGGI MAGIC SARAP®
1/4 cup white sugar
For the shrimp:
3 tbsp peanut oil
3/4 kg large shrimps, shelled, deveined, and tails intact
2 pcs red chili peppers, finely chopped
7 sprigs scallions, cut into 1-inch slices
1/4 cup cilantro leaves
1. In a saucepan, combine water, MAGGI MAGIC SINIGANG ORIGINAL SAMPALOK, MAGGI Oyster Sauce, hoisin sauce, MAGGI MAGIC SARAP, and sugar. Bring to a boil. Set aside.
2. Heat oil in a medium-sized deep pan. Add in shrimps and cook for about 3 minutes.
3. Toss in some chillies and half of the scallions. Stir in tamarind sauce and continue until shrimps are cooked.
4. Transfer shrimp mixture to a serving plate and garnish with the remaining scallions, chillies, and cilantro leaves. Serve with rice.
